Be Brave, Be Kind, Be Honest

Proverbs. 21: 21

He who followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour. KJV

So one may say.. "What is righteousness, for I desire to follow after the instruction of the Lord, and how does mercy exist"?

All things come down to understanding the character and nature of the Godhead, the three in one, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  These three are one -  One in understanding, one in thought, one in purpose, one in existence. Their ways of unity are inseparable, so is their nature and mind.  Their nature is love manifested, and this manifestation of love exists in every created living thing, whether dormant within creation or awake and alive within creation. This especially pertains to humankind, the sons and daughters of God. Humankind is considered to Father and the Lord Jesus as his people, for Christ died for all, and therefore now, he lives for all. His mercy is equal across the board and he loves all that he has created.  As he calls us into his presence and marvellous light, we accept and our hearts and minds embark on a new journey,  a journey of courage, kindness and truth,  a journey of new beginnings to understand the meaning of true life, found in the structure of Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and imparted into those who answer his call.

But the thing is, that when we enter into his marvellous light, from out of our former spiritual sleep, he awakens us to live in spirit and in truth, and to be courageous enough to manifest his love, life and nature to all whom we come into contact with.  A part of this calling is to continue in the realm of righteousness that he has engrafted us into through Christ's ressurrection. He being seated now in righteousness at the right hand of God in the heavenlies, has imparted that same righteousness to us, making us righteous in him and instructs that we continue to walk and live in that path of righteousness, (Ephs 2:6.) and continue to seek it out and develop in it. (Provb.21:21) says we find life. The nature of God is life, righteousness and holiness. God encourages us through Wisdom to learn of him, and follow after him who is righteousness, and to know him as he is.  This is an open invitation.

Be ye holy for he is holy. (1 Pet.1. 15-16.)  This instruction is given from out of his nature of love.  (1 Cor.13 ) describes God's nature of love, holiness, righteousness and mercy.  These are all attributes of the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Psalms 103:8). The Lord is Merciful, and abundant in mercy. His Spirit dwells within us, making provision that we also may emanate this attribute of mercy.  When we follow after (set our hearts towards) mercy,  mercy and goodness will follow us, as these are assigned by Father, to be drawn to the Christ in us. (Psalm 23: 6). When we follow after righteousness and mercy we discover Christ who is our life, and from this perspective we learn honourable conduct toward all men. To be brave, to be kind, and to be honest toward all, (1Pet.2: 17) to honour all men, and to love the brotherhood.  God honours those whom he loves, even as they honour him and his ways. ( 1Sam. 2: 30).  He honoured us with the gift of his son, before we even knew him.

(Provb.21:21). He that followeth after righteousness, and mercy discovers the fullness of God and his love.

Lets be numbered within this righteousness realm of glory.  (Selah)
