The God of Miracles #WomanofFaith #ManofFaith

Miracles and faith go hand in hand.  Luke captures a powerful witness of the power of our wonder working God, through individual faith. A woman healed after 12 years of suffering and a 12-years old child brought back to life. Hallelujah! We praise the God of miracles for He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore!

But what part do we play in the actualisation of our miracles.  Our part, as children of God is to step out and stand in faith. Faith is the substance, the assurance and confidence of things hoped for, and the evidence, the conviction, the certainty of things not seen.  Faith is that I know, that I know, that I know.  Such conviction that translates a thing from spirit to reality. The woman in Luke believed; she had such a hope, she knew, that she knew, that she knew, Christ could heal, and her belief, her faith compelled her to step out, to reach, to touch, to connect with the source of power Christ Jesus and immediately she was healed. Then the Lord instructed her to Go in peace, to be of good cheer. The woman in Luke acted physically and received. But sometimes our action involves no movement, that is no physical action because, sometimes our action in faith is simply to believe. The man in Luke, Jairus, was told not to bother Christ for his 12-year old daughter was dead.  On hearing this Christ instructed the Jairus saying, do not be afraid, ONLY BELIEVE and she will be made well. Only believe, Only believe, Only believe.

Brothers and Sisters we must know, that we know ,that we know.  It is not what it looks like,  for by faith all things are possible. What is it that the Lord cannot do? Christ said Do not weep, she is not dead, only sleeping. Luke 53 tells that those around laughed, ridiculed, knowing that she was dead. Our holy scripture KJV tells us the Christ put them out, then performed the miracle. Christ spoke and immediately she rose. There are many key Kingdom principles contained in this particular text one of which is the power of our perception and another is how those around us can prevent our miracle. Everything we need according to God’s will is ready and available in spirit. Our part is to act. To move, to stand in faith. Christ could see beyond the natural and Jarius' faith allowed for the miracle. However, those who did not believe, those who laughed and ridicules, not understanding the power of who was in the room needed to be sent out. Brothers and Sisters surround yourself with believers, those who will stand with you to help birth that miracle through faith. Nothing is impossible if only you dare to believe, if only you dare to trust God. Radical faith.

Let us pray: Dear Lord, I thank you for You are God and You are God alone. Lord, I pray for the gift of faith, help my unbelief Lord. Father God Almighty, I thank you for your Spirit that rests with me. I thank you for your Spirit, the revealer of all truth. Lord I pray that your will be done in my heart and in my life. Lord Your word says that your Spirit searches the heart, Father God you know the deep things, You know my burdens, and you know my pain, Lord you know my weakness and I thank you for You are my strength oh Lord. Help me to see as you see Lord, increase your divine wisdom within me that I may be a carrier of Your light for where Your light is darkness cannot dwell.  In You I am complete, in you I am whole, for there is no lack or insufficiency according to Your will for my life.  Lord, I rest in You, and I trust You. Thank you for your love, thank you, for you are my hope Thank you for restoring my faith. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.  Amen.

My Brothers and Sisters may God richly bless you according to the abundance of His heart.
